Since its foundation in 1991, the Top Employers Institute has been certifying HR processes and HR services of a wide range of companies worldwide - from medium-sized companies to large global corporations. This year, over 1600 Top Employers in 119 countries and regions on 5 continents were identified and recognized.
In the Top Employer certification process, all participating companies undergo a globally standardized examination process, which is audited by one of the Big 5 auditing companies. The requirements are high and are placed on the following HR areas and HR services:

- Performance management

- Career and succession planning

STRABAG PFS has fulfilled all requirements. Particularly good results were achieved in the areas of training & development, career and succession planning and corporate values. The Top Employers Institute sees potential for improvement in the areas of diversity, wellbeing and the use of new technologies for talent acquisition.
