STRABAG PFS expands partnership with Vodafone

STRABAG Property and Facility Services (STRABAG PFS) remains the sole service provider for technical and infrastructural facility management services for Vodafone Germany. A corresponding service agreement was signed in September with a term of two years.

The managed real estate portfolio comprises around 400 properties in Germany with a total area of around 400,000 m². These include Vodafone stores, technology buildings, call centers, various office locations - including the 18-storey Vodafone Campus at Ferdinand-Braun-Platz 1 in Düsseldorf - as well as seven large data centers. The range of services includes comprehensive integrated facility management services, from infrastructural services and technical facility management to specialized trades.

STRABAG PFS has been working for Vodafone Germany for seven years.
