STRABAG PFS receives gold medal in EcoVadis rating - Significant improvement compared to the previous year
STRABAG Property and Facility Services (STRABAG PFS) has been awarded the gold medal in the latest sustainability rating by the international rating platform EcoVadis - and is therefore among the top 5% of companies rated worldwide. Compared to the previous year, STRABAG PFS was able to significantly improve its score and is now one of the few Facility Management providers with Gold status.
This is a strong signal for customers and partners: STRABAG PFS not only demonstrates its responsibility in the area of sustainability internally, but also has it measured externally - according to recognized international standards. The assessment covers four key areas: environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement - all factors that are increasingly playing a central role in modern tenders and partnerships.
"The gold medal underlines our commitment to responsible action along the entire value chain," says Dr. Marion Henschel, Chairwoman of the Management Board, STRABAG PFS Group. "At the same time, it is a clear signal for our customers: Anyone who works with STRABAG PFS is choosing a sustainably positioned service provider with a future-proof profile."
The current assessment particularly highlights the progress made in environmental management and responsible corporate governance - areas in which STRABAG PFS has impressed with concrete measures and successes.
With more than 100,000 companies assessed worldwide, EcoVadis is regarded as the leading standard for sustainability in global supply chains - and is a decision criterion for more and more customers when selecting reliable partners.
