As one of the first leading full service providers, STRABAG PFS now has its own certified Real Estate ESG managers who can provide customers with targeted support for their sustainable real estate strategies.
STRABAG PFS supports its customers with their ESG strategy, offers comprehensive sustainability advice in line with ESG requirements, identifies opportunities to decarbonize the real estate portfolio and develops specific measures to optimize operations and the portfolio.
The regulatory requirements are complex. For this reason, the STRABA PFS Group has had four real estate ESG managers certified by the leading real estate industry association ZIA, Zentraler Immobilien Ausschuss. The demanding further training is a further building block on the way to becoming one of the leading contacts in the decarbonization of buildings.
The services of STRABAG PFS include the support and management of activities in the ESG area, such as Supply Chain Sustainability Act, EcoVadis certifications, EU taxonomy, life cycle assessment, GHG accounting and environmental product declaration and certifications, e.g. according to DGNB, BREEAM or LEED, sustainable data measurement and embedding ESG data in real estate controlling, etc.
