STRABAG PFS acquires Building Services Provider in the Czech Republic

STRABAG PFS acquires 100% of the Prague-based company B2 Assets s.r.o., which specializes in technical facility management.

STRABAG Property and Facility Services (STRABAG PFS) is further expanding its expertise as an integrated service provider and building solutions provider with the acquisition of Czech company B2 Assets s.r.o. and strengthening its presence in the Czech Republic. This is the fourth acquisition for STRABAG PFS in 2024.

The Prague-based company specialises in technical facility management (TFM) and has almost 80 employees, generating the equivalent of around € 12 million per year. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

"The acquisition fits perfectly into our growth strategy. STRABAG PFS is thus consolidating its market position in the Czech Republic, as we have so far been almost exclusively present in Prague. B2 Assets is a high-performance company with impressive development and a broad range of products and services. We can now offer our services nationwide and thus further expand our activities", says Stefan Babsch, Managing Director of the STRABAG PFS Group and responsible for M&A activities, among other things, and adds: "We warmly welcome the employees of B2 Assets to our group of companies and are very pleased that the proven management team will become part of the STRABAG PFS team".

The Czech company's service portfolio includes traditional technical facility management services. The managed building portfolio with a rental area of around 1.4 million m² includes logistics and industrial companies, office locations, hotels and shopping centres and is spread across large parts of the Czech Republic.

STRABAG PFS manages its foreign activities in the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, and Luxembourg via the Austrian national company based in Vienna.
