Deka Immobilien again commissions STRABAG PFS with property management

Technical and commercial property management for more than 140 properties in two portfolios nationwide. The contract includes sustainable services for the time being.

STRABAG Property and Facility Services (STRABAG PFS) has once again been commissioned by Deka Immobilien with the technical and commercial property management for two property portfolios. The corresponding contracts for the more than 140 properties in total have each been signed for a further three years with an option to extend. In addition to commercial and technical property management, the assignment also includes support with transactions, budget plannings and modernisation measures.

As part of the mandate, STRABAG PFS will also provide ESG services such as certification and data management as well as manage-to-green measures. Most of the properties in the main portfolio are in metropolitan areas and major cities such as Berlin, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Stuttgart and Munich and are primarily used as office space. The second portfolio consists of retail properties and retail parks, including in smaller locations throughout Germany.
