STRABAG PFS wins major nationwide contract from HypoVereinsbank

Integrated services for over 400 properties throughout Germany

HypoVereinsbank has commissioned STRABAG Property and Facility Services to provide integrated facility management services. The corresponding five-year service contracts were signed at the end of March and cover technical, infrastructural and commercial facility management for all HypoVereinsbank locations in Germany.

"We are delighted to have been commissioned by HypoVereinsbank," says Dr Marion Henschel, CEO of STRABAG PFS, "especially as this is one of the largest Facility Management contracts to be put out to tender in recent years."

STRABAG PFS has already successfully managed the properties used by the bank in the past. In addition to traditional Facility Management, the contract also includes a service line with helpdesk (24/7), relocation services, damage management and comprehensive project management.

STRABAG PFS thus manages all buildings in Germany for the bank, including the "HVB Tower" in Munich, data centres and the entire HypoVereinsbank branch network. With this contract, the integrated property services provider is further expanding its comprehensive expertise in the banking customer segment.
