Vodafone and STRABAG PFS are expanding their partnership

STRABAG PFS provides technical and infrastructural facility management for German Vodafone real estate portfolio.

STRABAG Property and Facility Services (STRABAG PFS) remains the strategic partner for technical and infrastructural facility management services for Vodafone Germany. A corresponding service contract was signed in September for a period of 3.5 years after renegotiation of the services. At the same time, the partnership was deepened by the procurement of mobile communications and digital products.

The managed real estate portfolio comprises around 340 properties in Germany with a total area of around 375,000 m². These include Vodafone shops, technical buildings, call centres, various office locations – including the 18-storey Vodafone campus at Ferdinand-Braun-Platz 1 in Düsseldorf – and seven larger data centres. The range of services includes all integrated facility management services, from infrastructural services to technical facility management and optional services.

STRABAG PFS has been working for Vodafone Germany for almost 10 years. Dirk Brandt, managing director Key Accounts at STRABAG PFS: "In the next few years of our partnership, in addition to classic facility management services such as maximum availability, the focus will be on sustainable building operation, further digitization of workflows and innovations."
