STRABAG PFS and CA Immo sign facility services contract

CA Immo and STRABAG PFS conclude long-term partnership for technical and infrastructural services as well as optional modernisation measures. Services are provided for ten further properties with a total lettable area of 150,000 m².

Frankfurt, 6 February 2025
STRABAG Property and Facility Services (STRABAG PFS) has signed a long-term contract with CA Immo for the provision of comprehensive technical and infrastructural facility management services for ten properties in Munich, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf and Cologne with a total lettable area of around 150,000 m².
 
STRABAG PFS supports CA Immo with ESG and decarbonisation solutions on the path to CO2 neutrality, particularly for properties certified in accordance with LEED and DGNB. In addition to traditional facility management, STRABAG PFS uses BESTAND BEYOND for project-related modernisation when required.  
 
The contractually agreed services include all trades for the maintenance of the building technology in 24/7 operation as well as ensuring its maximum availability. The collaboration also includes infrastructural services such as maintenance cleaning, winter services and security
 
For more than three years, STRABAG PFS has been managing the ONE office and hotel tower in Frankfurt for CA Immo. With its 49 floors and a gross floor area of 88,000 m², it is one of the most modern and technically sophisticated properties in Germany. STRABAG PFS is carrying out almost 90% of the work itself.

CA IMMO will rely on strategic partnerships for the management of its properties in future and has outsourced its Germany-wide property portfolio to two service providers.
