STRABAG Property and Facility Services (STRABAG PFS) signed an agreement to acquire Instalace Praha spol.s.r.o. on 11.3.2025.
Instalace Praha, based in Prague, Czech Republic, is an owner-managed company with a broad portfolio of services, particularly in the field of building technology and comprehensive technical facility services. The company employs about 300 people throughout the Czech Republic and in the 2024 financial year generated a revenue of around € 72 million. Instalace Praha has already successfully implemented numerous complex decarbonisation projects for existing properties.
"Together with B2Assets, which we acquired in December 2024, and our existing STRABAG PFS national company, we will be one of the market leaders among building solutions providers in the Czech Republic," says Stefan Babsch, Managing Director of STRABAG PFS Group, adding: "The balanced mix of long-term facility management contracts and complex building technology construction projects ensures sustainable growth."
STRABAG PFS manages its foreign activities in the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Luxembourg via the Austrian national company based in Vienna. STRABAG PFS employs around 150 people in the Czech Republic and is already an established facility management and building technology provider for renowned customers from a wide range of industries. A key unique selling point is the comprehensive range of building solutions services, including decarbonisation solutions.
The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2025.
