STRABAG PFS awarded as Top Employer 2025

STRABAG PFS strengthens its position as an outstanding employer with this award. The focus is on the further development of professionals and practiced feedback culture.

STRABAG Property and Facility Services (STRABAG PFS) is consolidating its position as an outstanding employer in Germany. The building solutions provider and all its subsidiaries in Germany were certified as a Top Employer in January 2025. STRABAG PFS already received this award in the years 2019 to 2021.

STRABAG PFS scored particularly well in the corporate governance category with targeted measures based on the Group's 2030 PEOPLE. PLANET. PROGRESS. strategy. Outstanding results were achieved in the area of promoting managers by analysing their strengths and weaknesses and offering tailor-made training courses. The digital tools for annual employee appraisals, development analyses and potential management were also highlighted.

Best practice in dealing with new employees
The Top Employer Institute categorised the measurement of STRABAG PFS's onboarding experience as ‘Best Practice’. The appreciation of new employees is demonstrated by the excellent feedback culture, which takes into account the experiences of the first six months in the company.

The Top Employer Institute, based in Amsterdam, has awarded the Top Employer certification every year since 1991 on the basis of an internationally standardised company analysis in six categories.
