  As a dual student and apprentice, you can put the theory to practice at our company. In addition to the economic aspects of facility management, the degree programme primarily teaches technical content about buildings and technical building equipments. With the Bachelor of Engineering as a basis, you can then go on to study a variety of Masters degree courses.

• Business administration - focus on real estate management

  Studying real estate management in the dual education system is the ideal interface between theory and practice. During the practical phase at the company, you will get to know various fields of activity and can master the professional challenges with the knowledge gained during your studies. The theoretical phase at the university gives you an insight into business administration, but focuses on topics related to the real estate industry. Lecturers from the real world explain and convey the topics clearly and in a practical way. After completing the dual study programme, you will have gained a broad understanding of the real estate industry and will be qualified for different job profiles in the real estate sector.

  The dual study programme offers a practical transfer of theoretical content. The regular alternation between theoretical phases at the university and practical phases at the company ensures an optimal combination of theoretical knowledge and practical application. During the practical phases, you will work in various departments such as Financial Accounting, Sustainability Coordination and People & Culture. You will also work independently on company-related projects and participate in strategic topics. Graduates receive a Bachelor of Arts degree, a completed commercial training programme and a training certificate.
