Trainee programme

Have you recently completed your studies (Bachelor´s or Master´s degree) or are you about to graduate and are looking for a challenging entry-level opportunity in the real estate industry? As a full-service provider for all aspects of real estate, we offer the ideal opportunity to enter the diverse world of real estate as part of our trainee programme.

Our 15-month trainee programme gives you the opportunity to participate in the further internationally oriented development of our company. Various measures at STRABAG Property and Facility Services will prepare you both professionally and personally for a future specialist or management role.

Wondering what your trainee programme could look like? We have created an example here. The stages are discussed individually and may vary depending on the exact programme. We would be happy to plan your personal trainee programme together with you!

Timetable of the trainee programme with stations listed as examples

The trainee programme gives you the opportunity to work within the entire Group. In the exemplary trainee programme, you are assigned to Ed. Züblin AG (a 100% subsidiary of the STRABAG Group) and the CML (Contract Management + Legal + Central Prequalifications) department. There you will gain an insight into legal issues, including contract review. An assignment abroad of a maximum of three months is not compulsory with us. Nevertheless, we offer you the opportunity to expand your skills in Europe or worldwide.
