    Subsidy for capital-forming benefits for saving or early retirement provision

  • Training allowance

    Subsidy payments during the theoretical phases (up to €200 per month)

  • Assumption of costs

    Full coverage of training costs (including semester fees) and materials

    During your training, we subsidise your company pension scheme at SOKA Bau with 40%

  • Travel expenses without advance payment

    If you have to travel for work, you can book your accommodation and transportation through a special portal and don´t have to wait for a refund.
