    Machines and systems

    We clean machines and systems using dry, damp and wet processes, reliably remove production residues and even remove stubborn dirt professionally without leaving any residue. In our work, we always keep an eye on the clock and reduce downtimes to a minimum.

    Of course, we also check the functionality of the machines after successful cleaning.
  • Ventilation systems

    Ventilation systems

    We clean and maintain heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems – regularly, if required. This not only ensures the supply of hygienically clean air, but also keeps the flow resistance in the air ducts constant.

    In addition to HVAC systems, we clean all other types of air-flow systems and appliances, such as fans, air and grease filters, extractor hoods and air hoses (air bags), which we also disinfect. If required, we can also replace filter elements and install inspection flaps.

    We take the issue of food safety extremely seriously and are aware of our role in the food chain. We are certified to ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management).

    Our preventive programmes create a clean basis for food production. We are always technically and methodically up to date and are trained in accordance with the requirements of the HACCP, IFS and BRC food safety standards.

    Our technically skilled teams of trained industrial climbers can clean and disinfect, impregnate and seal stainless steel, stone or plastic tanks, silos and conveyor systems of all sizes used for the storage of feed and food, building materials or liquids.

    We combine careful manual work with state-of-the-art technology. In addition to manual cleaning with brushes and pads, we also use dry ice, sand and ultra-high pressure blasting techniques.

    Floors

    Our professional floor refurbishment, restoration and finishing services are an effective, environmentally friendly and favourable alternative to the costly and time-consuming replacement of discoloured or worn floor coverings.

    With our experience, we revitalise natural stone floors (e.g. terrazzo, marble and granite), screed and concrete floors, cement, anhydrite, mastic asphalt and magnesia, parquet and plank floors as well as resilient coverings such as linoleum, PVC and rubber.

    Intermediate and final construction cleaning

    We remove all work residues such as mortar, plaster, drilling dust or paint splashes, joint sealant, polyurethane foam, protective films or labels from all surfaces. Using customised methods, we ensure targeted care, sealing and impregnation, thus enabling the value retention of the high-quality materials that were used.

    Even while construction is still underway, we provide conscientious and reliable support to ensure that everything runs smoothly – including the regular removal of construction waste and cleaning during construction.
Our hygiene standards
We clean your industrial properties in accordance with HACCP and carry out our work in health-critical areas in accordance with the VDI 6022 hygiene standard. For work at height, we are certified in accordance with FISAT (Fach- und Interessenverband für seilunterstützte Arbeitstechnik e. V.), DIN EN ISO 9001 and the Safety Certificate Contractors’ Health, Safety and Environment Checklist.
