    Support, quality assurance, inventory and management of overarching topics and projects are key tasks of our Competence Centre for Technical Property Management . This includes finding the optimal facility management service provider and successfully concluding contract negotiations.

    We carry out regular quality checks, during which the competence centre always keeps an eye on legal changes and forwards these directly to the relevant accounts. All processes are recorded digitally in the Digital Service Platform. This not only creates transparency, but also enables comprehensive control.

  • Accounting & Solutions

    The property accounting department takes care of all accounting processes. The focus here is on increasing efficiency and ensuring compliance. Digital tools enable the complete digital recording and audit-proof digital archiving of all receipts.

    The ERP system is used to efficiently and automatically process receipt verification and record the corresponding customer data. This is linked to transparent monitoring of open items and a binding dunning process. Bank-independent payment systems with multi-level authorisations and access controls enable transactions to be carried out electronically and in real time.

  • Property Expenses

    Our Competence Centre for Property Expenses handles the implementation of new property management mandates in the corresponding ERP systems as well as the implementation of processes relevant to these types of expenses.

    Standardised property expense processes on our Digital Service Platform create greater transparency in the ongoing billing process and help to optimise risk management, for example through early detection of deadline overruns and optimal management of critical property expense issues.

    The Competence Centre for Claims Management specialises in the efficient processing and coordination of claims. As the central point of contact for recording, assessing and processing claims, it works closely with property management, insurance companies, surveyors and repair services to ensure swift and transparent processing.

    The competence centre monitors compliance with guidelines and legal requirements and ensures that all processes are digitally recorded in order to guarantee reliable documentation and control.
