- Coordination of all matters for your homeowners' association
- Inspections together with the advisory board before the annual owners' meetings enable joint preparation of the meetings and ensure the participation of all owners in advance
- Conclusion of framework agreements with favorable conditions from STRABAG
- Legally compliant creation and recording of resolutions
- Monitoring of housing benefit payments including reminders
- Support in the judicial assertion of claims of the HOA against third parties
- Reviewing and monitoring the necessary insurance contracts and carrying out insurance management in the event of claims
Special services:
- Planning and coordination of refurbishment measures by our technical team with its own technical staff
- We draw up long-term maintenance plans and discuss their implementation with you and your HOAs, plan the necessary financial requirements and will gladly support your HOA with the financing.
