This legal and organisational responsibility includes all measures required to ensure the safety and health of users, employees and third parties as well as compliance with environmental and fire protection regulations. We fulfil our responsibility as an operator by regularly training and instructing our employees on safety-related topics and communicating with supervisory authorities and experts.

    We provide our maintenance, servicing, inspections and tests on time and carry out necessary maintenance measures in coordination with you. These services are systematically documented.
  • Digital documentation

    Digital documentation

    We systematically record the data of the technical systems, including the warranty period, installer or manufacturer, and specific features.
  • Risk assessments

    Risk assessments

    We also prepare risk assessments before the work is carried out in order to proactively identify risks.
  • Connection to our REG-IS platform

    Connection to our REG-IS platform

    By recording detailed data with the necessary system attributes and connecting it to our REG-IS platform (Regulation Information System), we ensure compliance with all relevant laws, standards and regulations (e.g. Occupational Safety and Health Act, Industrial Safety Ordinance, fire protection regulations). This connection allows us to regularly update the legal requirements.
