We maintain an overview in warranty management

Our competent employees ensure that all contractually agreed warranties are complied with and that any defects are identified, reported to the manufacturer and rectified within the warranty period. We plan inspections before the warranty periods expire and advise you on how to deal with legal issues and disputes in connection with warranty claims.     We inspect new technical systems and systematically record the relevant warranty information, including warranty period, name of installer or manufacturer, and specific features. This information is available to you as the customer and to us as the operator to allow access at any time.

    In the event of a defect, our employees will determine through the system or on site at the facility whether a warranty claim still exists, report and document the defects, and take the necessary steps. This eliminates avoidable costs for repairs to systems for which warranty claims still exist.
