    We are the first point of contact for owners, managers and tenants. As such, we are also involved in regular meetings with the clients. Our customer portal gives you insight into our operational management at any time and allows you to communicate with us digitally. You can find more information under Digitalisation.
  • Operation

    Operation

    Our qualified operational managers oversee the housekeeping services, prepare offers in accordance with contractual specifications, monitor maintenance measures and carry out acceptance. They are also responsible for property inspections as part of the public safety obligations and for scheduling and ordering the necessary maintenance and special services.

    We assume full operator responsibility.

    Documentation

    We handle the long-term administration of an annual maintenance plan, regular reporting on contractual services, an evaluation of optimisation measures and budget planning. We prepare maintenance documentation for the client – digitally if required.
